       With the development of New Energy/Battery Power(E Power) vehicles, the ceramic bearings are widely used base on their advantages.

       E power vehicles have special requirements to bearings. Firstly, the E power vehicles' motor bearings' max speed is much higher than common bearings(Usually over 20,000RPM). The lower density and high strength material will reduce the centrifugal force and long lifespan in high speed working conditions. In the same time, the high voltage of motor need good electricity insualtion to avoid bearing corrosion and failure. Finally, the advanced ceramic ball is more smoother, quiet vibration, lower noise and better extremet performance make it is better choice for E power vehicles' development.

       Base on ASTM-F2094, Si3N4 ball is the most suitable advanced ceramic material for bearings.

       Till year 2022, over 35% E power vehicles are choosing full ceramic bearings and ceramic ball hybrid bearings to make them better in actual working conditions.
